The group started as a pure play consulting firm providing expert advice as inspection, testing and certification. The later years the group ventured in to providing technical services in non-destructive testing, calibration of storage tanks, condition monitoring, further the group widened its base by pioneering in to projects primarily in the energy sector providing turnkey solutions for storage and distribution of petroleum products.

Paul Pothen

Paul Pothen, was one of the architects of Fertilizer and Chemicals Travancore (FACT) and a doyen of the industry. He graduated from Madras University in 1935 and was the founding General Manager of the FACT Engineering and Design Organization. He was also the founding Managing Director of Indian Fertilizer Cooperative Ltd. (IFFCO) from 1968 to 1981. As a mark of recognition he was conferred Padmashree in 1977. He held senior management positions in several companies while being our patron and guiding light. It is with profound gratitude we look back on his memories and we continue to draw inspiration from his work which is widely acclaimed by industry

K.E.Abraham

K.E Abraham as the founder helped the group shape up its values and vision, he added several new lines of business and established relationship with leading industries in the country. A Graduate Engineer from Madras University, he held several roles in M/s. Travancore Rayons (Pvt) Ltd, (TRAYONS). He was the Chairman & Managing Director of the company till 2015, and was involved in formulating strategies for the company, and also provided expert advice for the industry through its forums and associations. The commitment he has demonstrated in steering this company to the forefront of opportunities, thankfully will remain as the biggest drive for all our stake holders.

Abraham K Eapen

Abraham Eapen graduated from National Institute of Technology (formerly REC), Kozhikode and did his Masters in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. He has worked in M/s. Larsen & Toubro Ltd heading several projects, where he has 21 years of experience in varied fields. Now he leads the group as its Chief Executive Officer developing new products for the company while bringing in expertise from large enterprises he has worked with during his career. He is also pioneering our foray into engineering, projects, and construction in oil and gas sector in the past couple of years this has helped the company achieve exponential growth and is now it is well poised to take leadership position in its various lines of business.
