Installation of storage tanks, pressure vessels and pipe lines for petroleum products as in fuels
( LNG , LPG, CNG, MS, HSD (Diesel), SKO (Kerosene), LSHS, Naphtha, FO (Furnace Oil), solvents
(MTO (Turpentine), SBP, Hexane) speciality products such as BENZENE, TOLUENE, CRMB (Crumb
Rubber Modified Bitumen), PMB (Polymer Modified Bitumen).
Site Inspection, designing and preparation of drawing as per rules stipulated by Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), also obtaining clearance / permission from Controller of Explosives C- COE & NOC from local administration. Providing site clearance, foundation (RCC &PCC) and other civil work, for the installation, also providing pipe line with X - ray quality welded joints along with pumps, valves, gauges with all safety gadgets. Multi stage regulator with vaporizer unit for trouble frees dispensing or bottling of the product as required by end user along with necessary Fire Hydrant and Leak Detection Systems.
Design of manifold as per ISO guide lines with facilities of change over including the shut off valve, LOT & VOT (Liquid off Take & Vaporized off Take) delivery system with multi stage pressure regulation for residential, commercial and industrial use. Commissioning of the header, riser and feeder with schedule pipes and fixtures with quality certified welded joints, along with valves, unions, couplings, and flow meter integrated with BMS (Building Management System). Providing addressable Leak Detection Systems along with sensors, controllers and hooters with with Fire Hydrant in line
Site inspection and preparation of drawings as per the Petroleum Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) guidelines and obtaining initial approval from the local authorities as in state and central government agencies. Site clearance, excavation, foundation,(RCC & PCC) for the installation of underground product tank including pressure testing, laying of pipe line with flow meter, valves and other safety gadgets connecting the main tank to the service tanks. Issue of license from Controller of Explosives(C-COE) for storage and transfer of the product, and commissioning of the tank including calibration.
